Jennifer + Michael | Engagement

Ok, so at engagement shoots it’s kind of my unwritten duty to tell cheesy jokes and make people laugh but at Jen and Mike’s shoot, Mike was the one making me and Jen laugh the whole time! I think we spent the entire shoot just laughing and having a good time. We went back to their old stomping grounds at Ryerson Campus where they met and started their love story. They even took me back to the spot where Mike made it official, it’s not as serious as it sounds though because there was some, let’s say inappropriate references to a statue near by when the magical moment happened which made it really feel like them. I loved how they didn’t hold back and was themselves.Oh and I want to mention that these 2 are tall! People think I’m pretty tall for an Asian but I will definitely need a 2-step ladder at their wedding ’cause they told me their entire wedding party will be just as tall. Even though Jen is tall, I’m glad she didn’t shy away from the heels. She works in the Fashion industry and in shoes specifically (yes, I’m a little jealous of her gorgeous heels) so she knows what looks good, can’t wait to see it all come together at their intimate wedding at a French restaurant downtown. Intimate wedding, French food, amazing and funny couple – all my favourite things in one 🙂

  • Wishing Mike and Jen all the love in the world. They are just such a down to earth couple with a big heart. These images have truly captured their wonderful character. Great work!ReplyCancel
